Job Summary:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand across digital channels, promote the company’s EVP, create engaging content, manage campaign budgets, and explore partnerships to broaden brand reach.

Responsibilities:

• Propose and execute Employer Branding strategies and programs to build and promote our brand on various channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Collaborate with Internal Communication to promote VCO’s EVP across digital platforms in Vietnam.
• Create video series featuring employees as brand ambassadors to showcase their work experiences, helping to attract potential candidates.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns through analytics.
• Develop a budget plan for employer branding activities, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that align with the company’s financial capacity.
• Organize and coordinate low-cost, high-impact branding events, such as online webinars or employee sharing sessions, to engage potential candidates.
• Research and propose partnerships with relevant communities or influencers to expand brand reach without significant ad spend.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Experience in content writing, basic design, video scripting, and content management on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), along with project management skills.
• Ability to draft briefs for visual content and coordinate with freelance designers.
• Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads, TikTok, etc.).
